Respected Panamanian Law Firm Joins Aliant®

Aliant Law was founded in 2015 to deliver cross-border international legal services, including M&A, corporate transactional, and litigation. The firm has operations in Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America, and Central America.

Officium Lex has handled major cross-border matters in geothermal energy, real estate, and financial services, and led major international corporate agreements and transactions. It also serves to advise clients on doing business in Panama and IP matters. As Aliant Panama, it will serve as the hub for the firm’s growing Latin American practice.
