Aviation Attorney to Host Show on Current Developments in FAA Regulations and Aircraft Finance

Featured guests include representatives of the National Aircraft Finance Association and a Washington, DC based FAA regulatory lawyer

Lapayowker, an attorney whose practice focuses on private and corporate aviation transactions, announced the third installment of his new Internet radio show, “Plane Talk Radio”, which can be viewed at www.PlaneTalkRadio.com. The show is dedicated to promoting an appreciation and understanding of business aviation.

The broadcast will be on November 16, 2010 at 12:30pm Eastern, and will feature Barbara Spoor, a member of the board of directors of the National Aircraft Finance Association and Gary Garofalo, a Washington, DC based FAA regulatory lawyer. They will be discussing current developments in FAA regulations and aircraft finance.

On each show the host and guests discuss a range of topics including the ins and outs of owning, operating, buying, selling, financing and maintaining aircraft. The variety of guests includes experts from different fields of aviation, such as flight department managers, manufacturers, fractional program experts, aircraft brokers, aircraft finance representatives, and industry and trade representatives. He is recording secretary of the National Business Aviation Association’s Tax and Regulatory Committee, past chair of its Aircraft Transactions Working Group, Vice-Chair of its Regulatory Working Group, and a member of the Aviation Law Committee of The Florida Bar.

He received his bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his juris doctorate from Temple University School of Law.
