Michigan Law Enforcement Cracked Down on Drunk Driving During Spring Break

According to Michigan authorities, 451 people were arrested for drunk driving in the state during a three-week period of intensive enforcement efforts in March and early April. The crackdown coincided with the March Madness college basketball tournament, St. Patrick’s Day and spring break for many colleges and universities.
